Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping online with us at LO Florist Supplies.

This return policy is valid only for purchases originating only from our website for shipping. Purchases that originate on our physical store location, or that originate on our website for "in-store pick-up", are subject to our in-person return policy.

Our goal is for your full satisfaction after your purchase, and we are here to help. In the event your purchase does not meet your expectations:

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the same, new condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, along with your original order number.

Custom orders are final sale only - not eligible for returns or refunds or exchanges. 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), or as a store credit, if requested by the client.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, usually averaging 3-5 business days.

Custom orders are final sale only - not eligible for returns or refunds or exchanges. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective, or the wrong item was sent. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You may choose to ship the items with your carrier of choice (we suggest a method that is trackable and insured), or we may provide a return authorization and label for your use, deducting the cost of shipping from your return or credit.

Items that ship under a "free shipping" promotion are subject to a 25% restocking fee - in addition to the return shipping charges listed above.

For items that are shipped and are undeliverable to the address provided by the customer (recipient) - any return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount - and the only refund amount will be the net item purchase. Any original shipping charges will also be forfeit as expenses already incurred in the original shipping.

 

Damages

You have 7 calendar days from receiving merchandise to inspect us and let us know of any damages. Please submit damage claims to support@lofloristsupplies.com. ALL damage claims must be supported by photo evidence of damages. Do not discard or return items to us without directions from our team. Our team will find the best solution to your problem and ensure a timely replacement/refund.
